And Yes you should watch the movie I think they did a good job of it, but you will see what I mean about leaving some things out.
A friend from work sent me the book through inter office mail and I read it cover to cover and cried my eyes out to sleep at the end of the book. It was such a great ending. I was hoping to do the same in the movie. I love the tear jerkers!! I think I did in the movie so it was still good, I just think some good parts from the book were left out that's all. Check it out and let me know. I'd love to hear what you think.
Evinda Lepins writes about Chick Lit and her past experiences in life. I love that it seems more genuine. I've only just found out about her and wanted to know more about her. I attached the proper link to her website I made a mistake in my previous post. Looking forward to talking to you more and reading more!Chrissyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00172161771979652167noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6142711081874792954.post-77348631012075569172010-03-15T20:28:13.377-07:002010-03-15T20:28:13.377-07:00Another exciting chick lit book with a great twist...Another exciting chick lit book with a great twist can be found here: http://www.eloquentbooks.com/ExtraVirgin.htmlAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06089054639909330779noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6142711081874792954.post-33515463690090295892010-03-11T14:33:21.590-08:002010-03-11T14:33:21.590-08:00Hi Chrissy,
Yes, I have read My Sister's Keep...Hi Chrissy,

Yes, I have read My Sister's Keeper! Read further down my blog because there's a whole discussion on that particular book. I haven't seen that movie, but now I want to just to compare it. I liked the ending of the book, so I too think the movie should have stayed true to the writing.

No, I haven't heard of Evinda Lepins. What kind of topics does she write about? What is a title of a book you like by her?Rori Shayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06663321915943623902noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6142711081874792954.post-73510283738271877772010-03-10T22:57:12.725-08:002010-03-10T22:57:12.725-08:00Wow...I think I will love this book. For me as wel...Wow...I think I will love this book. For me as well I prefer fiction to non fiction but I'm always up for a good read. And I'm glad you mentioned this one. I have seen it around but haven't yet checked it out. It would be great to read it before the movie comes out. Of course I am the same. Not sure if you have read or seen "My Sisters Keeper" but I read that book first and then I watched the movie and it just wasn't the same. The brother Jesse was worse in the book, the ending was completely different I think it would have been a better movie if the ending was the same as the books. If you've read it what is your opinion of it? I'd love to hear someone elses perspective.

But I have to agree I love chick lit a lot. Even so I've become fond of an author I just stumbled upon by the name of Evinda Lepins. She talks about a lot of the same stuff I grew up like and I really want to read her stuff when it comes out. Have you heard of Evinda Lepins?Chrissyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00172161771979652167noreply@blogger.com
